As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a pivotal role within a therapeutic social-emotional program focused on successfully transitioning students back into general education settings. Spanning grades K-8 across two nearby schools, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact on both students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working in schools, particularly in therapeutic or behavioral settings
• Familiarity with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and positive behavioral interventions
• Strong background in training and supporting Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SWs, RBTs, Special Education Teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Consult and collaborate with educational teams to develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to inform individualized interventions
• Train and supervise BTs and RBTs; act as a resource for ongoing case consultation and classroom support
• Coordinate services in classrooms of 5-6 students, managing a dynamic caseload of approximately 40 students
• Contribute to student progress monitoring, data analysis, and transition planning
• Focus support on staff training and program development, with no direct 1:1 student work required (handled by BTs)
