Human Resources Coordinator

American Track is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator onsite in Fort Worth, TX to support day-to-day HR operations, hiring and onboarding, and HR reporting. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operations of HR functions and assigned HR duties. Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee files, records, and HR documentation. Respond to applicants and employees with information on standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes; route complex questions to senior HR staff or management. Provide clerical support to personnel administrators and other HR staff and assist with special projects as needed. Help disseminate HR information to employees, including policy updates, announcements, and HR resources. Track and monitor open applications and communicate hire/rejection status with hiring managers. Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling. Coordinate with external recruiters and employment agencies to support candidate sourcing and recruiting. Facilitate and monitor onboarding for all new hires and rehires to ensure completion of required new hire and rehire documents. Process and onboard new hires and rehires in the company’s HRIS. Conduct and/or assist with new hire orientation. Generate reports on HR metrics, trends, and key performance indicators. Maintain confidentiality and protect the integrity of human resources files and records. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED. Education (preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Experience: 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role required. Experience (desired): Previous HR experience highly desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn payroll management, HRIS, and similar HR-related computer applications.
