Senior Data Scientist Location: San Francisco (Remote) (PST Working Hours) Rate: DOE Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead measurement and analytics initiatives for a cutting-edge Market & Media Analytics Product Platform used by large enterprise clients. This role focuses on designing scalable analytics frameworks, building experimentation strategies, and delivering actionable insights to optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistical modeling, experimentation, large-scale data processing, and cloud-based analytics. Required Skills & Experience Strong probability, statistics, and hypothesis testing knowledge Experience with observational analytics and experimentation Expertise in A/B testing and marketing measurement frameworks Programming & Tools Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) SQL (advanced querying and data analysis) PySpark / Spark SQL (large-scale processing) Data visualization / BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Cloud & Data Platforms AWS or GCP experience Large-scale data processing pipelines Relational databases and data warehouses Spark performance optimization Marketing Analytics (Preferred) MarTech / AdTech analytics Campaign measurement Audience analytics Media performance analytics Qualifications Bachelor's with 10–15+ years of experience OR Master's with 3+ years of experience OR PhD with 0–2 years of experience Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field Staffing the Universe
