Job Summary
Bartenders play a key role in our guest experience mixing and serving drinks with precision, personality, and professionalism. Youll be responsible for recommending drinks, maintaining product knowledge, handling transactions, and keeping the bar clean and well-stocked. Your energy and hospitality help create the environment we strive for: warm, elegant, and vibrant.

Responsibilities

• Provide full bar service, including craft cocktails, wine, and beer
• Engage with guests to assess preferences and offer personalized recommendations
• Maintain a welcoming, professional presence behind the bar
• Ensure proper ID verification and alcohol service compliance
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly
• Keep your bar station clean, organized, and prepped for service
• Maintain inventory, prep lists, and contribute to a collaborative service team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in fine dining or upscale casual hospitality
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Service-minded and solution-oriented
• Flexible availability based on restaurant needs
• Food handlers card as required by local/state regulations
