Required Qualifications:

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist License or California CTC
• Previous experience in school, pediatric, clinical, or teletherapy settings preferred
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered
• Comprehensive knowledge of IEPs, speech and language assessments, and evidence-based therapy practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to elementary-age students
• Participate in and contribute to multidisciplinary IEP meetings
• Complete timely and thorough assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Design and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Utilize a variety of therapy techniques, including teletherapy as needed
