The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the engagement with strategic funders, as well as identifying and cultivating new donors. This includes providing strategic input, collaborating with the team, and ensuring that the senior staff are effectively deployed to secure funding from various sources. The role demands a global influencer and thought leader who can champion the cause, particularly the importance of working with frontline partners and survivor leaders. The Managing Director will be expected to speak and publish widely, sharing best practices, and pursuing innovative opportunities and connections for the CEO and other key spokespeople.
