Production Supervisor

This is an on-site in Albuquerque, MN position. Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:30pm What You’ll Do Lead the day-to-day production activities and keep things moving! Keep safety, quality, and efficiency top of mind. Manage a team of approximately 8 production employees. Help train, onboard, and support our production team. Handle employee relations issues, performance reviews & other people management duties Manage workflow and priorities to hit production goals and deadlines. Operate and troubleshoot automated and manual production equipment. Set up and operate our polymer printing system. Assemble, roll, fiberglass, and test reverse osmosis membrane elements. Inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards before shipping. Work with Engineering and suppliers to improve processes, equipment, and products. Jump in wherever needed—no two days are exactly alike! What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of Leadership experience in a manufacturing or automated equipment environment The ability to manage a small team. Ability to pivot directions quickly Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. Curious, adaptable, hands-on, and willing to learn. Positive “let’s figure it out” attitude. Basic knowledge of chemistry, water testing, printing, MRP, or SPC is a plus. The Reality This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend most of your day on the production floor, working alongside the team, solving problems, mentoring & leading employees, improving processes, and helping us make great products.
