Job responsibilities include:

• Creating an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Providing technical and product knowledge information to customers and serving as a subject matter expert.
• Driving individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintaining customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintaining awareness of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leveraging social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds.

Compensation: Competitive pay range of $61,000 to $75,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
