Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Valid LBS1 Teacher Certification
• 1-5 years of teaching experience
• Demonstrated passion for educational equity and belief in student potential
• Superior content knowledge and proven experience delivering engaging instruction
• Clear, effective communication and strong initiative

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic and behavioral supports for K-8 students with diverse learning needs (avg. caseload: 20)
• Implement and adapt IEPs alongside a skilled school team
• Provide push-in and pull-out services, primarily in reading and foundational math
• Foster growth in both academic and social-emotional domains
• Collaborate and continuously improve through feedback and professional dialogue
