Automotive Store Manager Location: Fayetteville, GA Job Summary We are searching for full‑time Store Managers for a state‑of‑the‑art service, repair, and tire center. The Store Manager leads the retail location, drives sales, manages inventory, oversees personnel, and ensures profitable operation. The role involves directing technicians, interacting with customers, and upholding the brand’s service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage a retail store location and drive profitability through sales, inventory control, and cost management. Oversee personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Direct technicians and mechanics to complete vehicle repair and maintenance on time and with safety and quality standards. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Use the digital dashboard to track personal performance and weekly earnings. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in retail store management or a combination of education, training, and experience. Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
