Commercial Product Manager, Syndicated, Banking FIS Global, Atlanta, GA Full-time Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor of Commerce/Business What you will be doing Works with clients on new amendment engagement, including active management and communication with relevant parties: external counsel, capital markets, agency operations, buy‑side investors, etc. Collaborate with delivery partners to continuously improve service levels and service quality. Interfaces with product management and development team to ensure product offerings remain competitive in the market; helps identify synergies across other product groups. Partners with sales on new prospects; facilitates product introduction and demonstrations. What you bring 3+ years of overall experience below (Banking, Loan (Preferred)) Proven knowledge to represent the enterprise's entire range of products to the client and of the industry. Proven track record in client relationship management, service delivery and/or the sales of technology products and services. Financial institution experience or comparable proven sales‑marketing‑consulting‑support background with strong financial industry and data processing knowledge. Broad understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of the business and participates in and/or establishes initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the enterprise. Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client. Able to establish a good working relationship with internal and client management while maintaining knowledge of the enterprise.
