Golden Roost Breakfast & Bakery is a new farm-focused breakfast restaurant and bakery opening soon. We are proudly building a concept centered around scratch-made food, hospitality, and strong relationships with local food producers.

We are also creating a farm stop with in the store, to partner with regional vegetable growers, and a meat farmers cooperative to bring fresh, high-quality, and responsibly sourced ingredients directly into our kitchen.

We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented Kitchen Team Member who wants to grow with a new business and be part of something built from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Assist with breakfast service and food preparation
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils throughout the shift
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Receive and properly store deliveries from local farms and vendors
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support teammates wherever needed

Schedule

• Morning and daytime shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Starting Pay

• $18–22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Our opening hours for the restaurant are 7am-2pm Thursday through Sunday. Start and end times will vary. Typically between 6 and 630am and 230-330pm. Possibility of a later start time for a swing shift that will roll over into a prep shift after service for the next day.
