Move Coordinator

Move Coordinator oversees the domestic military shipments to ensure quality scores and other projects and duties as necessary. What You’ll Do Utilize reporting to solve potential shipment challenges. Responsible for timely update of UT for all shipments utilizing multiple Workflows and reports daily. Direct contact of agents or drivers for pickup, ETA, or delivery information. Coordinate agent functions on Priority shipments to meet members’ expectations and government regulation requirements. Build positive rapport with various agents and partners to help support coverage of domestic shipments, especially in peak periods. Responsible for semiweekly Quality Checks to proactively ensure correct operational responsibilities are being met. Responsible for designated time in Operations shared inbox. Answer the Operation’s phone line in a positive, professional manner. Register new shipment offerings. Registration in UT or UG when necessary. Maintain ongoing knowledge or changes of the business rules, regulations and DPS system requirements. Other projects as necessary What You’ll Need BA/BS in management/transportation OR equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ years’ experience preferably in a previous office environment Competence in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and AS/400 Strong verbal, written, and electronic communications Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment with changing deadlines Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment Why You’ll Love Working Here TMM is recognized as a Jacksonville Best Places to work … for eleven years in a row!
