PAID TRAINING - Join the Gary Lang Subaru, Kia and Mitsubishi Express team today and start a career path to become a journeyman technician! In this position, you will work on a two man team in which you will perform and oil change, tire rotation and complete a multi-point inspection form. Additional services performed are installing cabin and air filters, wipers and light maintenance.
Upon completion of the Express program, you will be assigned to a team in our main shop, will undergo Subaru, Kia and Mitsubishi technician training and begin a career path to become a Master Technician. Our Express technicians work a 4 day work week and you will earn the equivalent of 10 weeks vacation from day one!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform line technician services (oil changes & tires, etc.)
- Routine inspections and maintenance
- System diagnostics
- Full automotive trouble shooting and testing
- Continuously expanding your knowledge for new technologies and practice
Qualifications and Skills
- Automotive technical school certifications preferred
- Experience changing oil and tires required
- Apprenticeship experience a plus
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Must have prior good work or school attendance
- Positive attitude and a team player
