Your job as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (3rd shift) is to help assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. 3rd shift 10pm to 8:30am (Monday through Thursday) but the goal is to go back to 5 days a week working 8 hour days. Inspect all machinery and moving equipment such as pumps, extruders, pelletizers, and other plastic extrusion process equipment and assists on maintenance jobs as required for malfunction and worn parts Troubleshoots and diagnoses repairs of all machinery and equipment relative to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical equipment Checks guards for loose connections, checks for cleanliness, looseness of fittings Performs plant inspections daily and checks work log for daily projects and repairs Repairs all equipment and machinery assigned in a timely and safe manner Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected #J-18808-Ljbffr Gabriel Group
