Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Illinois State License (IDFPR) and ISBE PEL with Speech-Language endorsement
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential
• CCCs preferred, but strong CF-SLP candidates are welcome to apply
• School-based experience is highly valued, but not required for passionate new grads
• Commitment to fostering communication development in diverse educational settings

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students across multiple schools (specific assignments will be determined based on caseload needs)
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal standards
• Engage in consultation and professional development activities as needed throughout the school year
