Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold (or eligibility for) Illinois state licensure/certification as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience with school-based caseloads, pediatric therapy, and IEP development
• Background in teletherapy services a plus
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with IEP digital systems; training provided if needed
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services for a diverse student caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to the development and monitoring of student progress toward goals
• Provide both direct and indirect services, including administrative duties and paid team meetings
• Adapt service delivery as needed (in-person/teletherapy options)
• Supervise or mentor support staff if required
• Engage in professional development and program-specific training
