As we continue expanding our Indianapolis market, we are looking for a motivatedProject Managerwho can take ownership of our projects and help us grow the market.Position OverviewWe are looking for ahands-on, field-based Project Managerto oversee residential renovation, turn, and maintenance projects throughout the Indianapolis area.This isnot strictly an office position. You will be in the field visiting properties, managing subcontractors and vendors, inspecting work, documenting progress, communicating with our operations team, and making sure every project is completed correctly and on schedule.The right person is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and knows how to hold vendors accountable while maintaining strong relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple residential renovation, turn, and maintenance projects from start to completionPerform initial property walks and help develop accurate scopes of workCoordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and techniciansConduct regular site visits to verify progress and workmanshipPerform quality-control inspections before projects are submitted for completionEnsure work meets client scopes, specifications, and Limitless quality standardsTake detailed before, during, and after photosUpload project documentation, photos, notes, and completion information into client systemsIdentify potential change orders and additional work needed at propertiesCommunicate project status, delays, material needs, and issues with the Limitless operations teamAssist with sourcing and developing reliable local vendors and subcontractorsVerify materials are ordered and available when neededKeep projects moving and prevent unnecessary delaysManage vendor expectations and hold crews accountable for deadlines and qualityConduct client or property-manager walkthroughs when requiredHelp build and strengthen the Limitless presence in the Indianapolis marketWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in construction, renovations, property management, maintenance, or project management preferredKnowledge of residential construction and common repair/renovation tradesAbility to identify workmanship and quality issuesStrong organizational and time-management skillsComfortable managing several active projects at the same timeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsComfortable using mobile apps, email, photos, and project-management systemsReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to travel throughout the Indianapolis marketProfessional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients and vendorsThe Person We WantWe are looking for someone whotakes ownership.If there is a problem at a property, we want someone who finds the solution.
