Customer and Sales Support

Job Summary Fortune 500 company is seeking a polished and professional Customer and Sales Support candidate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tempe, AZ within the banking and consumer lending industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales support, customer service, client services, call center support, account management, or financial services who enjoys helping customers move smoothly through the sales and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Contact customers to verify information, understand business needs, and support next steps in the customer journey. Manage incoming referrals, customer leads, and pipeline activity while maintaining accurate status updates. Schedule appointments and coordinate handoffs to sales consultants and internal teams. Document customer interactions, follow-up activity, and required details in CRM systems. Make outbound follow-up calls regarding documentation, onboarding requirements, and next steps. Partner with sales, underwriting, and operations teams to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $24.00 to $24.32 per hour. Job type: Temp-to-hire. Strong Potential opportunity to convert to a full-time employee. Location: Tempe, AZ 85288. Work arrangement: Hybrid after training, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday work from home. Training schedule: First month is expected to 5 days per week in office. Start date: 9/26/2026. Required Qualifications and Skills 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred in customer service, sales support, client services, call center, customer success, account management, banking, or a related field. Strong sales and customer service background. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing customer pipelines, leads, or CRM systems. Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting professional follow-up conversations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Stable work history with demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and career consistency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and a customer-focused approach. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish skills. Experience supporting underwriting, loan processing, documentation collection, or financial services processes. Previous experience with CRM platforms. Microsoft Excel experience.
