Studio Client Experience & Operations Lead

Barry is seeking a Client Operations Lead to provide hands-on support in driving studio sales and operations while ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role involves serving as the studio leader in the absence of the GM/AGM/COS, maintaining high hospitality standards, and ensuring every client has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service is essential.
