Job Responsibilities

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their support systems about therapy methods to facilitate continued growth in their home environments.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor and document clinical outcomes, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure a steady progression toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional certifications is highly encouraged and will be supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
