In this role, you will be the heart of our grill station, preparing delicious grilled dishes that delight our guests and keep them coming back for more. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meats, vegetables, and other grill items to perfection according to recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized grill station to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Monitor and control food temperatures to ensure food safety and quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and presentation for a seamless dining experience. Keep track of inventory and communicate needs for supplies to the kitchen manager. Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal specials that highlight grilled dishes. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure compliance in food preparation and kitchen operations. Requirements Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of various grilling techniques and cooking methods. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality food presentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with culinary staff. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
