Benefits Health, Dental, Medical 401K Paid Time Off Responsibilities Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out assignments that provide a positive dealership impression Manage and hire technicians and service advisors; interview and recruit new hires Distribute work between technicians and prioritize required services Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow Coordinate service schedules and workflow to maximize productivity and meet customer expectations Develop strategies to increase service department revenue and customer satisfaction Maintain communication with customers regarding service status and resolve any issues promptly Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets Manage inventory and ordering of parts and supplies Qualifications Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of automotive service processes and technologies Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment Customer‑focused with problem‑solving skills Valid driver's license Technical automotive knowledge Demonstrated ability to manage others Organized and friendly personalityDealership experience preferred Location Hampton, VA #J-18808-Ljbffr Mills Automotive Group
