• Fitness TherapySouth at Work is looking for a Site Manager to join our growing team. Are you interested in making an impact in peoples lives? Essential Functions: 1. Perform onsite services. 2. Early interventions. 3. Ergonomic audits, reviews, and program development. 4. Implement wellness initiatives. 5. Communicate with safety staff and management. 6. Communicate with physicians, case managers, HR, therapists, and adjusters regarding injuries. 7. Communicate with TherapySouth at Work director and appropriate leadership of the company. 8. Responsible for all weekly reporting and daily reporting if necessary. 9. Responsible for all monthly reporting. 10. Responsible for ensuring all project delivery dates are met and tasks are completed on time. 11. Communicate weekly with all site providers and meet face to face at least one time a month. 12. Handle case management of difficult cases. 13. Cover and communicate vacations. 14.
