Along with excellent training and experience, Centre offers competitive compensation and benefits that include:

• Pay: $18.80 to $23.00 (Depends on experience)
• Health and Welfare: Employees may be eligible to receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of up to $5.09 per hour in addition to base pay (Up to $407.20 per pay period!)
• Overnight shift differential: $2.50 per hour

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Some college coursework in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates who possess at least two years of experience working with criminal justice treatment programs

This position also requires the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms, including clear and accurate documentation. The individual must be able to observe, assess, and respond appropriately to resident behavior and facility activity while maintaining attention to detail and managing multiple responsibilities. The role requires the ability to follow established policies, procedures, and protocols consistently and to exercise sound judgment in both routine and emergent situations. The individual must maintain professional boundaries and interact respectfully with residents, staff, and external contacts. Basic computer proficiency is required, including the use of Microsoft Office and web-based systems for documentation and communication. The position also requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle for regional travel as needed.
