• Shift: Night (3x12-hour shifts: 19:00 - 07:00) / Day (7:00 - 18:00, may extend to 19:00 in fall)
• Hours/Week: 36-40 (approximate, schedule varies monthly)
• Employment Type: Temporary/Contract
• License/Certifications: Missouri license, BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Experience: 1.5 2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience

• Hourly Pay Rate: $100.50

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy treatments
• Support management of transplant-related complications such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
• Conduct admission assessments, daily rounds, and discharge planning
• Assist with procedures including bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid Missouri Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology or related specialty (required)
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• 1.5 2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant working experience
• Strong clinical skills in transplant and cellular therapy management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

This position is based at a leading academic hospital in St. Louis, MO, specializing in inpatient hematology and cellular therapy.
