Sourcing Technology Analyst

Position Overview The Analyst, Sourcing & Procurement Technology will support end-to-end deployment, management, and continuous improvement of sourcing technology applications for the Work Dynamics business across the Americas. The role sits within the Sourcing Technology & Data team and works across procurement operations, enterprise platforms, and AI/data capability – directly supporting the Director of Sourcing Technology in executing the team's RR&E (Reporting, Reporting & Execution) mandate. The role is central to how our team builds differentiated, consistent delivery at scale – enabling smarter decisions, stronger client outcomes, and a more connected OneJLL approach to sourcing. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Responsibilities Deploy, manage, and continuously improve sourcing technology applications across the Americas. Collaborate with procurement operations, enterprise platforms, and AI/data capability teams. Support the Director of Sourcing Technology in executing the team's RR&E mandate. Drive platform functionality, data governance, and AI integrations to enable smarter decisions and stronger client outcomes. Qualifications Analytical rigor and strong platform fluency.
