Litigation Attorney

Remote (South Florida-Based) | $130K–$200K + Bonus Join a trial-focused plaintiff firm where you’ll do more than draft—you’ll own cases, take depositions, argue motions, and help drive results . We’re looking for a litigation attorney and a senior litigation attorney who want real responsibility, high-impact work, and a clear path to growth . The Role You will handle cases from inception through resolution, including: Case investigation and strategy development Drafting complaints, motions, and written discovery Taking and defending depositions Arguing motions and participating in hearings Direct client interaction Collaborating with partners on litigation strategy Trial preparation and participation in state and federal court Why You Will Love Working Here Real case ownership but with accountability (not just research/drafting support) Courtroom and deposition experience Lean team with direct partner access Primarily remote with collaborative team structure High-impact, high-value cases Qualifications Required Litigation Associate with 3+ years of personal injury experience Senior Litigation Associate with 5+ years of personal injury experience Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills Preferred Deposition and motion practice experience Background in litigation-heavy environments (plaintiff or defense) Graduated with honors undergrad or law school Performance-based bonus tied to contribution and results Long-term growth opportunity This is a primarily remote position for candidates based in South Florida, with occasional in-person appearances as needed. Attorneys collaborate through daily morning Zoom meetings and ongoing mentorship.
