Network Engineer

Overview Designs, implements, and supports network services across data center, campus, and cloud, improving reliability through automation and observability. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC & Quincy, MA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Design network changes and implement configurations safely. Automate routine tasks and configuration baselines. Enhance monitoring, alerting, and packet level diagnostics. Execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle refreshes. Troubleshoot incidents and drive problem resolution. Document standards, diagrams, and operational guides. Collaborate with security and platform teams on segmentation and access controls. May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience. 5+ years in network operations/engineering. Hands on with routing/switching, wireless, firewalls, and load balancing. Scripting/automation familiarity and version control usage. Effective communication and stakeholder alignment. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to cloud networking constructs. Understanding of capacity modeling and performance testing. Salary Range: $125,040 - $187,560 All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including, but not limited to salary range, internal equity, a candidate's qualifications, geographic region, job-related knowledge and skills.
