This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys estimating complex projects, working closely with project teams, and helping drive successful project execution from preconstruction through handoff.If you're looking for a stable organization with an outstanding culture, strong leadership, and opportunities for long-term career growth, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed HVAC and mechanical construction estimates.Develop accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and evaluate pricing.Develop bid packages and scopes of work for subcontractors.Coordinate equipment selection, pricing, and procurement.Prepare equipment submittals and project documentation.Assist Project Managers and leadership with technical estimating support.Review construction plans, specifications, and project requirements.Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop cost-effective project solutions.Prepare and review project proposals, pricing, and bid documents.Support contract review and project handoff following award.Participate in project planning and scheduling during the preconstruction phase.Qualifications5+ years of HVAC or mechanical construction experience (10+ years preferred).Minimum of 3 years of mechanical estimating experience.Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.Experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing competitive bids.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.BenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with employer contributionsPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Excellent company culture with opportunities for long-term career growth
