Gerente de Tienda Reporta a: Gerente de Distrito Reportan a esta posición: Subgerente de tienda, Consultor de joyería, Soporte de ventas y Control de inventario Resumen de la posición El Gerente de Tienda liderará las operaciones diarias de una sola tienda para lograr ventas, rentabilidad, satisfacción del cliente, control de inventario, representación de marca y crecimiento y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo. A través de ventas personales, liderazgo y coaching, el Gerente de Tienda promoverá un ambiente centrado en las personas que fomente la diversidad e inclusión, desarrollo de relaciones duraderas con los clientes y entrega de una experiencia al cliente de clase mundial. Visión y Propósito Comunica las expectativas de rendimiento y asegura que los miembros del equipo entiendan su impacto en el éxito de la empresa. Entrena y desarrolla al personal de la tienda, inculca comprensión de la imagen de la marca y asegura la representación consistente de la marca en las interacciones con los clientes y la ejecución de la estética visual. Apoya y comunica la relevancia estratégica de las iniciativas corporativas y ejecuta planes corporativos para producir los resultados deseados. Obsesión por el Cliente Responsable de asegurar que los miembros del equipo ofrezcan una experiencia excepcional al cliente. Empodera al personal para responder y resolver problemas dentro de los parámetros establecidos y promueve un alto nivel de servicio mediante seguimiento. Responsabilidades Gestión de la tienda de joyería, supervisando las operaciones diarias y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas. Programación, capacitación y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo. Comunicación, presentación y resolución de problemas con los clientes y el personal. Identificar oportunidades de mejora, analizar informes y ejecutar iniciativas de ventas y marketing. Cumplir con las políticas corporativas y garantizar la representación consistente de la marca. Calificaciones Experiencia en venta al por menor o joyería, preferiblemente con certificación del Diamond Council of America. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y resolución de problemas. Habilidades bilingües consideradas un plus. Disposición para levantar hasta 10 libras y mantener agudeza visual. Disponibilidad para horarios que incluyan fines de semana, noches, feriados y horas extendidas, y para viajar incluídas sesiones de capacitación y reuniones de negocios. Beneficios y Remuneración Salario base variable entre $50,000 y $81,300 más comisión sobre ventas.
