Arlington, TX 76012 Work hours: PRN (As Needed) - Days, Saturday and Sunday, 0500-1330. Qualifications

What You'll Need High School Diploma or equivalent is required. (Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency is required. CLIAFE) Six (6) months experience as a phlebotomist or completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy is highly preferred. PBT(ASCP) - Phlebotomy Technician is preferred upon hire. What You'll Do For those entities performing phlebotomy, employees follow laboratory procedure for specimen collection, patient identification and labeling as appropriate for the age of the patient Performs procedures in other areas of the Laboratory as required by hospital entity Reports and evaluates test results Helps other hospital and laboratory coworkers to provide timely patient care Additional perks of being a Texas Health Clinical Lab Assistant Benefits include 401k, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Discount Programs, as well as other benefits.
