FL-DEM-Office and Administrative Support Worker
HCL Global Systems
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (depending on lunch time frame, can make adjustments as needed)
DRESS CODE : Business Casual
COMPUTER SOFTWARE USED : Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Basic understanding of data analysis and review
Previous experience in data processing a plus
Basic understanding of Microsoft Visual Basic for Application
Salesforce Dataloader tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps, such as Excel, Outlook, and TEAMS
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to remain on task and follow directions
Must have problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Support DEMES Enterprise Administrator with DEMES Data Cleansing
Data Cleaning (detection and rectification of errors and inconsistencies
Data Standardization
Data Validation
Data De-Duplication
Required : Experience with data cleaning, standardization, validation and de-duplication
