Job Description Job Description The front desk night audit is the individual primarily responsible for the overnight duties required of a daylight front desk agent. This is a part time, overnight position consisting of the hours between 11PM and 8AM 3 nights a week. Basic duties include: Engage with hotel guests by checking in and checking out guests Close out the previous day in a timely manner Answering calls, understanding the pertinent hotel information to relay to guests accurately and courteously Ensuring all departments are closed out appropriately Taking guest complaints and communicating the need to the appropriate department or manager
