Position: Full-Time
Setting: On-Site
Location: Bethel, CT
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and support students in achieving their functional, academic, and social goals for one of our school site in Bethel, CT . The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high‑quality services in a school‑based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Assist in adapting classroom activities and environments to meet student needs
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Connecticut COTA license
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
