Security Officer - Weekend Days

Security Officer Part Time Patrol Zone – Louisville, KY Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.68 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM; Sun 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns that may need attention. Monitor entrances, badge activity, visitor movement, and/or delivery traffic in support of facility operations and established post orders. Document observed activity, incidents, and/or maintenance or access concerns in written reports and share updates with appropriate personnel as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
