Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hr
Schedule: Monday- Thursday (8:30am-5:00pm) & Friday (8:30am-6:00pm)

Position Summary-
We are seeking an experienced Member Service Officer to provide exceptional member support, assist with consumer lending, and build lasting relationships that help individuals and families reach their financial goals.
Essential Job Duties-
Assist members with consumer lending needs, including auto loans, personal loans, and lines of credit.
Guide new and existing members through account opening, maintenance, and loan processes.
Respond to member inquiries regarding accounts, loans, digital services, and financial products.
Process loan applications and required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that align with members' financial needs.
Conduct outreach to existing members and strengthen long-term relationships.
Process transactions such as wire transfers, cashier's checks, money orders, and other member requests.
Resolve member concerns professionally while delivering an outstanding service experience.
Participate in community outreach activities and support the organization's mission-driven initiatives.
Requirements-
Two or more years of experience in banking, credit unions, financial services, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of consumer lending and financial products.
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Experience handling complex member inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
