We are looking for a proven operations executive who can lead our company through its next stage of growth. This is not simply an operations management position—it is the #2 leadership role in the company. Our goal is to grow from approximately $5 million in annual revenue to $15 million , and we're looking for the right leader to help make that happen. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll Oversee All Day-to-day Operations, Including Mitigation Operations Reconstruction Operations Project Managers Production Scheduling & Dispatch Warehouse Operations Fleet Management Vendor & Subcontractor Management Operational KPIs Customer Satisfaction Quality Control Safety & Compliance Hiring and developing operational staff You’ll work directly with the CEO and have the authority to improve systems, accountability, and operational performance.
