Key Responsibilities Litigation Management: Handle various stages of discovery, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and supporting motions. Advocacy: Attend court hearings, participate in depositions, and assist in trial preparation for complex medical malpractice and general liability cases. Research & Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and draft sophisticated briefs, legal memoranda, and status reports for sophisticated clients. Qualifications Experience: looking for plaintiff OR defense attorney who has taken 3-4 medical malpractice cases to trial Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing of the Ohio State Bar. Mindset: Seeking a driven, entrepreneurial attorney eager to build their own book of business and push the boundaries of their potential.
