What You’ll Do Lead all facets of store operations with an ownership mindset Build a team culture rooted in hospitality, clarity, and accountability Set daily service expectations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, and other key admin systems Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and team development Collaborate with FOH/BOH managers to maintain safety, flow, and standards Execute store financials with support from the executive team Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and systems Lead from the floor—modeling poise, urgency, and humility at every service What You’ll Bring At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant GM or AGM role Ability to coach, challenge, and support team members with consistency Strong business acumen and attention to detail in scheduling, COGs, and labor Calm, confident leadership style with excellent communication skills A growth mindset—you’re comfortable with structure, but not afraid to evolve it Availability for early mornings and occasional cross-store support Comfort working on your feet and lifting 50+ lbs as needed Perks + Benefits Health insurance Day 1 for full-time managers 20 days PTO , accrued annually Daytime-only hours – most GM shifts wrap by 4:30PM Access to our Staff Care program for wellness, counseling, and personal support Open book training in small business operations and financial literacy Opportunity to lead in a growing, values-driven company Biscuit Love is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
