Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM) with Rotating Day Off | No Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical and procedural interventions
• Apply strong critical thinking skills to assess, monitor, and respond to patient status changes in the PACU setting
• Deliver care across a broad range of surgical case types consistent with unit volume and acuity
• Accurately document patient care activities using electronic health record systems
• Complete required facility orientation modules as scheduled during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand prior to start date
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submission
• Current NIHSS certification required at time of submission
• Active Nursys profile required at time of submission
• Strong PACU clinical experience with demonstrated critical thinking ability
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Familiarity with a wide variety of surgical case types managed in a PACU environment
