Verovian Nursing Agency seeks an experienced and dedicated RN Clinical Manager to lead our Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations, ensuring our patients' highest quality of care. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to patient-centered care

Job specification

Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff in the PCU, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Oversee and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff. Provide mentorship and support to ensure professional growth and development.
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Manage resources effectively, including staffing, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Candidate requirements

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required; a master's degree in nursing (MSN) or a related field is preferred.

5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a PCU or similar setting.

BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required. PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) certification is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
