Business Analyst

Determines and develops user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability. Should have proven analytical abilities and experience in generating process documentation and reports. Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. Good to have proficiency with SQL. Must have Unemployment Insurance Domain Exp (Tax Benefits) for Business Analyst. Need skill set for business requirements analysis (At least 6 years). Should be able to provide business solutions, prototypes, use cases for customer requirements.
