Summary We’re seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our Event & Live Entertainment team! This is a hands-on internship ideal for students looking to break into the world of event promotion, experiential marketing, and social media strategy. You’ll work closely with our marketing team on digital content, grassroots campaigns, day-of event activation, and general marketing support across various projects. Essential Job Functions Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (video clips, graphics, reels, captions, trends) Support marketing, street team activations, and flyer distribution Schedule and monitor posts using platforms like Sprouts Social or Meta Contribute to marketing brainstorms and trend researchHelp manage photo/video content folders from past and current events On-site support at events, night markets, and concerts (evenings/weekends) Assist with email marketing copy, website updates, and press/influencer outreach Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Event Management, or a related field Strong passion for live events, music, and pop culture Excellent written communication and a good eye for design/content trends Social media savvy (especially Instagram Reels & TikTok) Reliable, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced, creative environment Comfortable engaging with the public during activations Bonus Points Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar tools Familiarity with Orange County venues or SoCal events scene Past involvement in school clubs, street teams, or event promotion Benefits and Perks Real-world experience in event marketing & live entertainment Access to select shows and concerts College credit available (if applicable) Networking with top talent and industry professionals Culture Our team members have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced live events environment, support community experiences, and be part of a company that values Imagination, Adaptability, Mastery, Professionalism, Solutions Oriented thinking, and Quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
