Description

The Marketing Associate is a member of TCI's Marketing Team and plays an important role in supporting firm growth, advisor marketing, brand development, and client engagement initiatives. This position helps execute marketing strategies, coordinate projects, and maintain the systems, processes, and communications that support a high-performing marketing function.


Marketing Associates contribute across multiple areas of marketing, including digital marketing, content, communications, events, advisor support, analytics, and marketing operations. Responsibilities evolve as experience and expertise grow, progressing from foundational execution and coordination to greater ownership of marketing initiatives and increasing specialization based on individual strengths and interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Early-career experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, websites, social media, content development, email marketing, CRM systems, analytics, events, design tools, or project management platforms is helpful but not required. We are more interested in demonstrated capability, curiosity, and learning agility than experience with every tool we use.

Salary Description


$26.45 per hour - $38.47 per hour (DOE)
