IM/FM/EM Physician for Non-Interventional Pain

## Overview
NorCal Pain Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated non-interventional outpatient physician to join their multidisciplinary medical team in Merced, CA. This full-time position focuses on comprehensive patient care in a highly efficient, team-based environment. The role offers a flexible start date and midlevel provider support, with no procedures required.

## Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients
- Create comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide management of non-interventional pain conditions to improve patients' quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care
- Monitor treatment progress
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients on pain management techniques
- Coordinate with specialists and support staff as needed
## Compensation
- Compensation: $300,000 per year base salary plus productivity bonus
## Shift & Schedule
- No call, no weekends
- Typical schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (M–F)
- 4-day work week option available
## Requirements
- Fellowship not required
- Strong background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Psychiatry, and/or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Comprehensive understanding of pain management principles and non-interventional treatments
- Ability to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including thorough documentation of medical records
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate approach to patient care and strong interpersonal skills
- Board-certified or board-eligible in one of the related specialties
- Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of California
