Sales Specialist - Immunohistochemistry

Role Overview The Sales Specialist – Immunohistochemistry for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive rapid revenue growth and market share expansion across the territory. The position is fully remote. Responsibilities Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory by coordinating with the local assigned team. Maintain accurate, timely opportunity and customer data in Salesforce (SFDC), with coaching support as needed. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering sales and support services, coordinating product demos, installations, and customer training. Engage prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems’ influence and presence across territories. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilizing Strategic Selling tools (Blue Sheets) with mentorship and guidance. Develop expertise on products, DBS, and LBS Tools such as DOMO, Showpad, and Territory Business Reviews. Qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience, or equivalent work experience. Proven time‑management skills. Experience in contract negotiation and high‑level selling, or selling in a matrixed environment. Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to travel 50–75% of the time; overnight travel may be required for territory coverage or company meetings. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Prior capital‑sales experience is a plus. Travel & Remote Work Travel is 50–75% of the time, potentially including overnight trips for territory coverage. This role is eligible for full remote work from home. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 – $135,000 (may be modified in the future). Eligible for bonus and incentive pay.
