Work with the largest care delivery organization in the world and start doing your life's best work.Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM- 5:00 PM or until last patient leaves. Friday 7:45 am to 1:00 pm or until last patient leaves. May be asked to float to other locations for coverage, as needed.Location: 4700 Forest Dr. Columbia, SC 29206Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for callbacks and referralsHandle referrals of patients who are inside and outside of the practice, check on the status of referrals and communicate with patients providing status of referrals.Responsible to facilitate calls and voicemails from patients pertaining to concerns, questions, refills and appropriately documenting in patient chart via telephone encounters.Call back and referral employees work under the direct supervision of their provider and will advise the provider as appropriate to take care of patient needs.Creating Tricare AccountInputting Tricare ReferralsReferralsDocumenting notes in ReferralsDocumentation in Telephone encountersCreating Telephone encountersAccessing and Checking outlook EmailE-FaxingTelephone EtiquetteAccessing and Checking VoicemailsChecking E-Fax dailySignatures on results from providers before scanning documents.Performs other duties as assignedWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment.
