Long Honda of Albany is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to Honda vehicles.
Manage daily operations of the sales department to ensure smooth workflow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance repeat and referral business.
Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer experience and inventory management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
