URGENT HIRING – Bilingual Leasing Professionals | Denton, TX

Penn Apartment Staffing is urgently hiring experienced Bilingual Leasing Professionals (English/Spanish) to support apartment communities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex .

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

Previous multifamily leasing experience (required)
Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong sales and closing abilities
Experience conducting apartment tours, processing applications, and assisting residents
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing office
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Experience with property management software is a plus
An active Texas Real Estate License is preferred but not required
